		<description>There is something else.  As a child - not a baby or adult - I never touched Tapioca.  But we feed Tapioca pudding to babies as a first food.  Why? - Very few people are allergic to Tapioca.  So even if gluten is not your problem - I wonder if this is a good way to go for other types of allergies.
