I am a writer by trade with a specialty in food and beverages. I am pretty much a reader of all information so a blog is a logical place for me to add thoughts, share information, and provide commentary.
How can this all be written before coffee, you ask?
Simple: I did not say which cup of coffee I’m drinking right now. Would be safe to guess that it’s at least the 3rd!
